The vehicle page shows its starting rate and included features. Your checkout summary provides the complete price for your selected dates, including applicable taxes, fees, protection options, delivery, and add-ons.

Can the vehicle be delivered for free?

Free van delivery within 50 one-way driving miles of our pickup location, subject to destination and timing confirmation. Choose your dates and send your delivery address. The 50-mile limit uses one-way driving distance from our pickup location. We confirm your exact address and handoff timing before booking. Free delivery covers the delivery fee; rental charges and other applicable trip costs still apply.

Does Regency offer chauffeur service?

Yes. Request chauffeur service with your Regency rental for DFW weddings, concerts, celebrations and corporate trips. Share your dates, pickup time, stops and guest count; Regency will confirm the itinerary and full service price before booking. Displayed van rental rates do not include chauffeur service.

Can I use a rental for a wedding, concert, festival, or tailgate?

No smoking or vaping is permitted inside Regency vehicles. This protects the vehicle and the comfort of future guests.
